Dear Parents and Students,

I am very glad that you have decided to apply for the Elite Scholars Club. This is a very rigorous program, and it will require your utmost attention. Please know that you will need to prioritize our program activities as it will impact your progress and success.

Below will be all the documents needed to apply for the program. Each school sponsor is responsible for receiving the applications. Please do not forward applications directly to our office. You must work through the schools for all of the applications.

At this time we are only accepting applications from 10th grade students. This is to ensure that we have three years to work with our students.

The applcations will spell out what you need to submit: Pay particular attention to the reference forms (which are below), uniform requirements, parent contracts and program expectation (included in application). Report cards, transcripts and or/summary of credits will be needed. You will need to work with school counselors to get this information.

Remember the primary requirements for this program are 3.5 minimum GPA, Good Behavior record, willingness to wear required uniforms appropriately, and desire. Students are not automatically accepted into the program, these are minimal requirements.

Additionally, all students accepted in the program will be required to participate in an orientation and induction program. More details will follow upon acceptance.

Finally, for all high school students a $25.00 annual fee is required. Fees should be paid during the monthly meeting. Please make sure to add the students name, grade and school on the money order. Personal checks will not be accepted.
